Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. If a product is faulty, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on timing and severity of the issue.
14-Day Change of Mind
For online purchases you have fourteen calendar days from the day after delivery to cancel without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel, notify us clearly via the contact details below before the period expires. You must return goods within fourteen days of telling us. We refund within fourteen days of receiving the returned item or proof of postage, whichever is sooner, using your original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
Condition of Returned Items
Products should be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and habit cards. Hygiene seals on cushions must remain intact. Sit-stand converters and trays must show no installation marks, scratches, or modified components. We may deduct an amount for diminished value if handling exceeded what is necessary to establish nature and function, as permitted by law.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-cut trays, items marked final sale, or products damaged through misuse, improper assembly, or failure to follow weight limits are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Digital habit guides delivered instantly may not be refundable once downloaded unless faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Inspect deliveries on arrival. Report transit damage within forty-eight hours with photographs of packaging and product. Manufacturing defects reported within thirty days will be assessed for repair or replacement. After thirty days, we will offer repair, partial remedy, or refund proportionate to the fault where a full replacement is not possible.
How to Start a Return
Contact us via Touch Base with your order number, product name, and reason for return. We issue a returns authorisation and instructions. Do not send items to our studio without authorisation; unsolicited parcels may be refused.
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, you pay return postage unless we state otherwise in writing. Use a tracked service and retain proof. For faulty items confirmed by our assessment, we reimburse reasonable standard return postage within the UK.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or model, contact us within fourteen days. Exchanges depend on stock. Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly. Exchanges may be faster than a refund followed by a new order.
Refunds
Approved refunds include the product price and original standard delivery cost. Express shipping upgrades are non-refundable unless we failed to meet the promised service level. Refunds exclude return shipping you paid unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed fault.
Studio Purchases
Items bought in person at Building B, Riverside Way, Camberley may be returned within fourteen days with receipt and original packaging, subject to the same condition rules. Bring the product during opening hours or arrange courier return as instructed by staff.
Consultation Services
Paid habit consultations may be rescheduled with twenty-four hours notice. Cancellations within twenty-four hours may forfeit the session fee. If we cancel, you receive a full refund or credit at your choice.
Processing Time
Allow up to five business days for us to inspect returns after receipt. Refunds appear on your statement within five to ten business days depending on your card provider.
